SHIPPING OPTIONS

NotebookCord.com offers ground shipment, second day, overnight standard, overnight priority, and Saturday delivery inside the continental United States. 
Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the item(s), and total weight of all the items on your order. 
The shipping charges are not refundable.  Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.

- All shipments are subject to stock availability.
- 99% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day.  Please allow up to seven (7) business days from credit approval for delivery on all ground shipping orders unless your order is a direct ship or on back order.
- notebookcord.com reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
- If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.


SALES TAX

notebookcord.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Jersey. 

PRICING

Due to the rapid and constant price changes in this industry, we are unable to "price match" and we cannot and will not make a price adjustment after an order has shipped. 
Our costs change on a daily basis.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express that are issued in the United States.
For credit verification purposes, CREDIT CARDS ISSUED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
There is no surcharge from notebookcord.com for using your credit card to make purchases with notebookcord.com. 
Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number. 
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. 
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell.  Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 
notebookcord.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.  ALL ORDERS PLACED MUST OBTAIN PRE-APPROVAL WITH AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT, AS ESTABLISHED BY OUR CREDIT DEPARTMENT.  We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you must cancel an order before it is shipped, you may do so by logging into your account and cancel your order.  
The cancel button is only active if your order has not been shipped yet.  If your order has already been shipped, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. 
Once the refused product arrives back at our warehouse, we will process your credit 10~14 days after receiving it, for the purchase price of the product minus $5 return fee and shipping charges. 
If you do not refuse delivery, you must then obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number to return your item(s) by e-mailing our Returns Department or you may call our Customer Service Center.  
You will be liable for the return shipping and insurance costs.  The package must be unopened and "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit.

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned for replacement or credit at notebookcord.com's discretion within twenty (30) days from the ship date.
All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact. 
notebookcord.com reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criteria and/or impose 15% handling fee. 
Product specification is subject to change without notice, please consult with the manufactures website for upto date information. 
If your order arrives damaged, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for notebookcord.com to file a damage claim. 
Save the merchandise, the original box, and the packaging it arrived in, notify notebookcord.com within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

RMA number MUST be obtained from notebookcord.com in order to receive a refund or replacement.
We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns. 
You may request RMA number emailing our customer service email. 
RMA number in addition to return instructions will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. 
The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting department.
Please use a label; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF.  All returned products must be in 100% complete condition. 
Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced. 
Manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer must be included.  Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Return Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. 
The customer is responsible for all costs associated for returns to our warehouse.
We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx or other traceable method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination.

RETURN OPTIONS
STANDARD REPLACEMENT - notebookcord.com will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product. 
Note: Standard Replacement may take (3) three -(5) five weeks turn around time.

Please be advised that returning any defective product(s) to our warehouse will be your responsibility in its entirety. 
The return shipping costs are not covered by notebookcord.com.com however, notebookcord.com.com does cover the shipping costs on an identical replacement product(s), if the original delivery method is used.

STANDARD REFUND - Product must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals and accessories intact.  A 15% restocking fee will apply to the amount of the item returned. 
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  Keep all packing material and documentation intact in case your product must be returned. 
Software products may not be returned if they are open or the product's seal has been broken.  * Please note that some manufacturer's products may be returned only for replacement.

notebookcord.com will not be liable if you order the wrong product.  We have provided information (product description, image, and specification) obtained by notebookcord.com from manufacturers and others that industry sources believe are reliable. 
notebookcord.com makes no representations or warranties with respect to the performance of the products and the accuracy of the information, and any and all warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by notebookcord.com, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and liability arising from errors and/or omissions in the information. 
It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of, completeness, and usefulness of the information.
